Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gulffix Appliances, we aim to provide transparent and fair service to all our customers across the UAE.

1. Appointment Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment free of charge if cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit time.

If the technician has already been dispatched, a service call fee may apply.

2. Diagnostic / Inspection Fee

A diagnostic fee may be charged for inspection and troubleshooting.
This fee is non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.

If the customer proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be adjusted toward the final repair cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect billing
  • Duplicate payment
  • Service not delivered as agreed

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after repair completion
  • Delays caused by parts availability
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair

4. Parts Replacement Policy

All replaced parts are non-refundable once installed and tested unless the part is defective under warranty.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
